Become A Brandfasion Seller

To sign up, click on the “Become a Vendor” button and complete the registration form. You’ll need to provide business and KYC details, such as your GST number and address proof. Once approved, you can start selling on Brandfasion.

Vendors must provide the following documents:

• Mobile Number & Email ID
• GST Registration (if applicable)
• Aadhar Card / PAN Card
• Address Proof
• Business Proof (if applicable)

Yes, there is a ₹3000 registration fee. This covers the listing of up to 200 products by the Brandfasion team. After 200 products, each additional listing costs ₹15.

Brandfasion charges a 10% commission on each successful order. There are no charges for canceled or RTO (Return to Origin) orders.

No, vendors cannot list products independently. The Brandfasion team handles product listings based on the details provided by the vendor.

Vendors must confirm and ship orders within 2-3 days of receiving them. You must update tracking information within 5 days to avoid order cancellation.

For COD orders, you collect payment from the customer directly. For prepaid orders, Brandfasion deducts a 10% commission and transfers the remaining balance to your bank account.

Yes, all products must be shipped with Brandfasion-branded packaging and invoices. Failure to comply may result in penalties or account suspension.

You must accept returns within 7 days for damaged or incorrect items. Customers are required to provide a 360-degree video as proof for a smoother return process.

If a product is unavailable or delayed, you must cancel the order within 5 days. Frequent cancellations may lead to penalties, including a 4% fee per order.
