We deliver to all postal addresses across India. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so we request you to provide a full street address with pin code.
If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days due to varying availability and shipping locations. This ensures your items reach you as safely and quickly as possible.

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active. If you haven't received your product within 5 working days after receiving tracking details, please reach out to us immediately.
Transit Risk & Damages
Brandfasion ships all parcels fully insured at no extra cost. If a courier fails to deliver, you suffer no loss. However, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or damages once the parcel is successfully delivered to the customer’s address.
Important Considerations
Address Changes: Alteration requests can be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. Once processed, no changes can be made.
Incorrect Address: Customers will bear the penalty or reshipping charges in case of incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Shipping Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to "Out of Stock" items or situations beyond our control may occur. In such cases, we will notify you via email and provide benefits like Store Credit on a case-to-case basis.
