Vendor Rules of the Road

Welcome to the Brandfasion Vendor Program! To ensure smooth business operations and mutual growth, we've kept our terms simple, transparent, and fair. Let's build something great together.

1. Getting Started: KYC & Setup

To keep our marketplace trustworthy, all vendors must complete a quick KYC process. Provide accurate office/pickup addresses so we can manage dispatches smoothly. Account approval usually takes 2-5 business days.

Strict Rule: Fake documentation is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate account closure and legal action.

2. Registration & Listings

To get started, there is a one-time onboarding fee of ₹3,000.

We don't just take the fee; our expert team will professionally list and manage your first 200 products for you! Need more? Additional listings are just ₹15 per product.

3. Commission Rules

We charge a flat 10% commission on the product value (excluding taxes/shipping), but only on successful deliveries.

If a customer cancels or the order is Returned to Origin (RTO), you pay Zero Commission.

4. Getting Paid

COD: You deliver, collect cash, and we deduct our 10% from your ledger.

Prepaid: We transfer funds within 7 days. Note: For large prepaid orders over ₹5,000, we hold ₹5,000 as a quality security deposit for 7 days post-delivery.

5. Packaging & Branding

Brand consistency builds customer trust. You must ship all products using Brandfasion-branded packaging and invoices.

Failure to comply will result in a 30-day account suspension.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Vendors must accept returns/exchanges within 7 days. If there's an error (wrong size/item), you must send the correct product at no extra cost to the customer.

Note: Customers must provide a 360° unboxing video for damage claims.

7. Disputes & Support

Facing an issue? Raise a ticket via the vendor dashboard. Our support team resolves all disputes within 7 days.

Repeated non-compliance or poor service may lead to account termination.

Order Processing & Penalties

You must confirm orders within 2-3 days and upload a tracking ID within 5 days. If an item is out of stock, inform the customer immediately.

The 4% Rule: Orders canceled by you after confirmation, or delayed beyond 5 days, will incur a 4% penalty on the order value. Ship on time to keep your profits intact!
